What is your Return Policy?

Xclusive Ts designs are the best. We take pride in custom fitting your order for you.  At Xclusive Ts  we want to be sure you’re head over heels about your order and product. Because of this, your order is not returnable, but there’s hope! If your Xclusive Ts order isn’t exactly what you expected, Give our Help Team a shout. We’ll gladly replace any items you are unsatisfied with or that arrive damaged or defective within 60 days from your purchase. We’ll work with you to ensure that you’re happy with every Xclusive Ts purchase. Guaranteed. Only Defective items can be returned.

What is the cost of Shipping?

Shipping is based on weight, the number of shipments in your order, and if you are ordering from the US or internationally.

 

Shipping starts at $6.75 Postal shipping for US customers and $10.50 Standard shipping for customers outside the US for orders per

 

shipment under 1 pound (about 1-3 tees).

 

What forms of payment do you accept ?

Once you've selected all the items you'd like to purchase, you can checkout through regular checkout process. When you get to the 'Payment Info' section of checkout, select PayPal as your payment method.  Please contact us for other payment methods.

You will be taken to PayPal's site to set up your payment. Once you complete payment, just sit back and wait for your XTS order email confirmation.

If you have an Paypal existing account, go ahead and use it, or create a new one while you're checking out.

When will my order ship? 

In most cases packages will be shipped in 7 days.  If product is not in stock we will notify you via email and let you know when the item (s) will be available to ship.

Most wait over time for shipping is within 2-3 weeks.
